WORK EXPERIENCE

Not only do I have a BA in English and a minor in Communications, I also have a corresponding MA in English from Tulane University.  I am an incredibly fast learner, and am skilled at balancing workloads of varied importance and prioritizing the appropriate project.  Beyond copy writing and editing, my work experience is wide-ranging. In the past nine months I have spent my free time moonlighting as a tour guide at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium, which, above all else, has prioritized my love for making history approachable and engaging. I believe it is the particular and unique work experience of being a tour guide that truly sets me apart, as it demonstrates my desire to make history inviting to a diverse clientele through creative storytelling.
